Good spacious studio, small kitchen which was well utilised. Everything was perfectly clean. Location also perfect (10 min from town centre). Hotelstaff was very friendly and helpfull. Private parking well organised and not to expensive.
Keep your windows shut: the sounds from the town are sometimes very loud!

The room was clean, dark, quiet and the bed comfortable. The room has air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to Petit France. Onsite parking was reasonable at 8 euro per day (although there is free street parking between 7pm - 7am).
The neighbourhood was dodgy. They even had a security guard in the local supermarket. The studio was very small in size. It was expensive for the size of the room so given the price and neighbourhood I probably would't go back.

The room was modern and compact with a comfortable bed, making it a pleasant stay.

We had the superior studio and it was nice and spacious for the two of us plus our 2 dogs. The walk to the main tourist area was easy and the front desk staff was excellent-- friendly and informative. There is a refrigerator, stove, cookware, plates and utensils should you choose to eat in your room. Parking is convenient and inexpensive (8 euros per night in a secured lot next to the hotel).
The neighborhood is a little seedy. While walking the dogs we saw 2 prostitutes walking around and a drug deal. It didn't seem especially dangerous, just not particularly nice. The front door is supposed to be locked and accessible only by access code after 9 P.M. but that was not the case. The bathroom was spacious but the shower stall was tiny. Breakfast was convenient but there was no fresh fruit.

The hotel is fairly clean and has nice staff at check-out. The room is spacious with a big bathroom. The location is great and brilliant, just meters from a unique museum. It's only a 15-minute walk to downtown.

Fairly clean property with very pleasant and excellent staff at check-out. Variety of products for a good breakfast. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Ponts Couverts. Walking distance to a small supermarket and a supermarket across the street.
Beds were pretty small.

The room had a stove, ref ridge and a microwave.
We booked for three nights ,the room was clean when we arrived but on the second day when are room was not cleaned in the late afternoon we were assured that it would be clean, but when six p.m rolled around and it was still not cleaned they acted puzzled that the room was not cleaned and asked me are you sure,as if I do not know what a clean room looks like.so then the front desk gave us some clean towels to bathe with and some toilet paper.then on the third day as it was getting latter and latter it was apparent that again they were not going to clean it or even give us some fresh towels to bathe with,so we grabbed all the dirty towels and put them outside our door just down the hall from the front desk.I guess they expect you to use the same dirty towels and dirty room for 3 days.

I liked the quiet but convenient location: 800 m from the TGV station, 400m to the Petite France (Old Town) and 3 minutes walk to the Modern Art Museum and tram stops. The studio kitchen alcove was well eqiupped for preparation of breakfast or simple meals. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Lack of armchairs in the studio; no provision of any English speaking TV channels

Charlotte
The room here was spacious and stylish, with large comfortable chairs, and its proximity to a central square made it an excellent location.
